Aidan DailyProsper Police DepartmentAidan Daily is a Crime Analyst with the Prosper Police Department. He holds a B.S. from the University of North Texas and has been in the law enforcement profession since 2016 with roles ranging from 911 Communications, Law Enforcement Support Services (Civilian), Project Management, and Intelligence Analysis. He specializes in Open-Source investigations and cross-trained as an Open-Source/All-Source analyst with the North Texas Fusion Center. Additionally, he is a graduate of the TXDPS BEAR Academy and is a part of the 2024 Cohort for the FBI’s Center for Strategic Thinking and Education in Public Safety. Aidan enjoys working with new analysts and those exploring careers in law enforcement as well as presenting at various training events. |

Angie MolderUniversity of Texas Arlington Police DepartmentPrior to becoming a Crime Data Analyst for the University of Texas at Arlington (UTA) Police Department, Angie Molder worked in the hospitality industry learning analytics in Revenue Management for 10 years. When the hospitality industry was crippled in 2020, she decided to make a career change into Data Analytics. To do this, she went back to school and got her 2nd graduate degree with an MS in Data Analytics at Northwest Missouri State University. Upon graduation, she was excited to get the opportunity to go back to where she was originally from in Arlington, TX. Angie has previous degrees from UTA with a BS in Economics and an MBA. She continues her education by studying to get certified as a Crime Analyst. |

Rene NunzirCleburne Police DepartmentRene moved to Texas in 2017 after spending most of her Crime and Intelligence Analyst career out on the “Left” coast. She brought to Texas 20 years of analytical experience working with Union City Police Department, Tri-County Gang and Auto Theft Task Force, and Snohomish County Sheriff’s Department. She also spent ten years protecting classified military programs with several government sub-contractors. She earned advanced certificates from Portland State University as well as a Bachelor of Science degree from San Jose State University. Her specialty is connecting the dots and enjoys the deep dives into data to support Cleburne PD’s DDACTS, COMP STAT and Data Driven Analytics models used for tactical and administrative strategies and planning. Rene has additional duties as the Enforcement Liaison with the Johnson County Crime Stoppers organization and was happy to volunteer to help TXLEAN move forward with Bylaws and Guide reviews – sharing ideas with other committee members and utilizing some lessons learned from years of volunteering with other groups throughout her career. |
